Northern Lights Wildlife Shelter

The Northern Lights Wildlife Society tranquillises, measures, records condition, and collars an orphaned black bear cub with a GPS before transporting it back to the wilderness. The cub has been released into a selected area where it was originally found. This photo is taken moments after its release.
