REST IN PEACE

In memory of -residents of the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver (DTES) deal with loss, death and grief. As an area, DTES has the lowest life expectancy in Vancouver (60.2 years) and has been rocked by a public health emergency with 8785 recorded overdose deaths (April 2016 to Dec 2021) alongside the Covid pandemic.
